I’m Raul, a Houston web designer and the founder of Raul’s Web Studio. I specialize in crafting websites for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives who want to stand out online. With a background in education and a passion for technology, I bring a unique blend of problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail to every project.


My journey into web development began in 2021, sparked by a curiosity for coding and a desire to create meaningful digital experiences. I started with online courses and hands-on projects, then completed Nucamp’s Full Stack Web and Mobile Development Bootcamp, where I built a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. I’ve continued sharpening my skills through the Software Engineering program at SMU/Flatiron School and Scrimba’s Front-End Developer Career Path.


Before launching Raul’s Web Studio, I spent 12 years as a band director, developing leadership, project management, and creative problem-solving skills—traits that now shape my client-first approach to web design and development. I hold music degrees from the University of North Texas and Northwestern University, and I credit much of my discipline, creativity, and communication skills to my years in the classroom and on the podium.


Today, I help businesses across Houston establish a powerful online presence with functional, SEO-optimized websites that deliver real results.


When I’m not coding, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and three kids, or cheering on the Houston Astros and Dynamo.
